Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment under the following terms.

  • Cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance are fully refunded or rescheduled free of charge.
  • For later cancellations, 50% of the fee is refunded.
  • No refund is given for no-shows.
  • Consultations that fail for technical reasons are rescheduled free of charge or fully refunded.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Shopier). Requests: turkishonlinedoctor@gmail.com.
